Spread 1 tablespoon Mango Mayonnaise on bottom half of each bun; top with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 1 patty, 3 cucumber slices, and top half of bun.
Amazing!! I ommited the cucumber and tomatoe on my burger (I don't like either) but it was just killer good. Made it for guests (who ate the 2 veggies with it) and they had finished their burger before I even sat down with mine! I will make this again and again.
