  • bean sprouts blanched 5 sec and cooled
  • 6 cup(s) cooked rice (preferably short grain 1 day old)
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup(s) fresh tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) thai sriraja chili sauce or fresh hot chili paste or a few tiny c chopped
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1 2/5 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) garlic minced
  • small fresh shrimp 3-4 person shelled
