- green peas
- green beans cut diagonally
- red or green peppers cut into short strips
- bean sprouts blanched 5 sec and cooled
- 6 cup(s) cooked rice (preferably short grain 1 day old)
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup(s) fresh tomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) thai sriraja chili sauce or fresh hot chili paste or a few tiny c chopped
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 2/5 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) garlic minced
- small fresh shrimp 3-4 person shelled
