2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce (such as Lee Kum Kee)
1/16 teaspoon salt
1/16 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 1/3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
1 cup red bell pepper strips
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
How to Make It
Combine first 6 ingredients (through black pepper) in a medium bowl; stir until smooth. Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter mixture over one side of each tortilla; top each with 1/3 cup chicken, 1/4 cup bean sprouts, 1/4 cup bell pepper, and 1 tablespoon each carrot, green onions, and cilantro. Roll up.

So easy to make and sooo delicious! I love the peanut sauce. I heated up the chicken a little and used a whole wheat tortilla wrap. I will definitely make these again. My only issue, there wasn't enough. Definitely pack your tortilla full or else you'll be left wanting another one.
