Thai Steak Salad
Ingredients
- 3 ounces sirloin steak (cut into 1/4-inch strips)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 3 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped unsalted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
- In a skillet over high heat, sauté steak until cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk together olive oil, lime juice and soy sauce; toss with romaine lettuce, red bell pepper, peanuts and cilantro. Top with steak.
