  • 3 ounces sirloin steak (cut into 1/4-inch strips)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped unsalted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


  1. In a skillet over high heat, sauté steak until cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk together olive oil, lime juice and soy sauce; toss with romaine lettuce, red bell pepper, peanuts and cilantro. Top with steak.
