Thai Steak Salad

Ingredients

3 ounces sirloin steak (cut into 1/4-inch strips)
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
3 cups romaine lettuce
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped unsalted peanuts
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

In a skillet over high heat, sauté steak until cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk together olive oil, lime juice and soy sauce; toss with romaine lettuce, red bell pepper, peanuts and cilantro. Top with steak.
