Excellent recipe. I increased the honey and the pepper flakes, to give it a nice sweet spicy kick! I double the recipe for other uses, great over fish or a grilled flank steak. It's a keeper!

This was delicious and very easy! It took me 45 minutes, start to finish. Great flavors. I served with a spinach/red onion/red bell pepper/orange salad and a slice of sourdough.

This recipe is fantastic, easy and pretty! I omitted the peanuts & served it with salad, bread and steamed asparagus. I wished I had served fresh mango on the side as well--next time!

This recipe is DELICIOUS! It's worth a trip to the store if you don't have all the ingredients.

Nice, fresh, & easy recipe. My husband loved it! The rice had enough flavor to accompany the sauce and shrimp, but not overpower it.

This was easy to make, but I'm still not so sure about the outcome. It came out very tart so I'm wondering if the limes I used were just more tart than usual? I will try it again with a little less lime and a little more honey. It has great potential if I can get it right. I would say that a pitcher of margaritas would also go very well with this!

This was very good and super easy to make! I added a few Thai basil leaves to the pesto and increased the peanuts to about 1/4 cup. And because our family likes things really spicy/hot, I added a bit of Thai chili paste to increase the heat a bit. Will definitely make again!

Very very good. I doubled this recipe, since the can of coconut milk was about 2 cups it would have been wasted, and I was glad I did!!! My family loved it and my husband went back for thirds.

Wow! So good! My dad came in to town for lunch, he ate three servings! My daughter doesn't eat shrimp, so I tossed a boneless breast of chicken in the food processor (with the remnants of the pesto) and then sautéed the chicken in a separate pan with some of the pesto, very very good! I used smaller shrimp, since they were on sale, super yummy!
