How to Make It

Step 1

Cook snow peas and rice sticks in boiling water 3 minutes. Drain well.

Step 2

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions, ginger, and garlic, and sauté 2 minutes. Stir in milk and next 5 ingredients (milk through red pepper); bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Combine snow peas, rice sticks, and green onion mixture in a large bowl, and sprinkle with cilantro.
