Really good and easy! I used chicken thighs and served over rice. A keeper for a weeknight meal.

We are a BIG fan of Thai food and this one hits it out of the park! If you can find real Thai basil you will not believe the intense flavor it delivers compared to Italian basil.

Easy stir-fry! Added thinly sliced red bell pepper and used jalapeno as I couldn't find the red chilies. Served over jasmine rice and drizzled a bit or siracha over it. Will make again for sure!
