  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened creamy peanut butter
  • 2 (1-ounce) whole-grain bread slices
  • 2 ounces rotisserie chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons shredded carrot
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha

How to Make It

  1. Spread half of peanut butter on one side of each bread slice. Layer one slice with chicken, cucumber, carrot, onion, and Sriracha. Top with remaining bread slice, peanut butter side down.
