Ingredients
- 2 pound(s) beef steak
- 1 package(s) cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup(s) fish sauce
- 3 fresh Thai chillies, finely minced
- 1 head(s) lettuce
- 2 limes, squeezed
- 1 cup(s) onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
Preparation
- Broil steak to medium rare. let cool. Cut steak into thin slices. Starting with sugar, chillies, and liquids, mix all ingredients. Chill. Serve over rice.
