My husband and I both greatly enjoyed this dish! I would use the recipe mainly for everyday meals, but maybe a cookout or other similar function. I did not alter the ingredients or instructions this time around, but next time I will likely use some fresh peppers and/or medium enchilada sauce to add a little kick. I didn't serve anything with this dish. I would definitely make this again and recommend the recipe!

I made this over the weekend. My fiancee and I LOVED this! Forgot sour cream. Used marscapone cheese instead and it was amazing. HIGHLY recommend this dish.

I just made this today and it was a big hit-especially with my teenage son! I made some low fat changes- 93% lean beef, low fat cheese, sour cream and soup- and you would never know it! I also added cilantro because I love cilantro. Will definitely make again and good enough for company or to bring somewhere for pot luck.

This is a staple dinner for our family. I use more green chilis, add a drained/rinse can of black beans and use about 1/2 the amount of cheese it calls for. I just sprinkle it on top instead of mixing it in; the casserole is creamy enough without it. Also, use light cream of mushroom, sour cream and cheese. It is delicious and people always ask for the recipe.

VERY quick and easy. Like another reviewer, I added a can of black beans, which we think was a great addition. Couldn't be easier, and the dish was very tasty!

I made this for a potluck yesterday and the dish was almost LICKED CLEAN! The only thing I changed was I used Artisan Whole Wheat and Black Bean tortillas (in place of the corn tortillas) and I minced a little fresh cilantro up and stirred it in. THIS IS WONDERFUL and easy to whip up!!!
