2 to 4 servings
2 (1 1/2-pound) sirloin steaks
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Place steaks on grill 5 inches from hot coals. Grill about 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Brush steaks with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to a warm serving plate.
