This recipe is very spicy (and I'm not afraid of spicy....it's just that the heat over powers the flavor of the turkey) so I reduced the red pepper to 1/4 tsp the second time I made it. I served with baked sweet potatoes and steamed green beans. We call it, "Thanksgiving in Summer" and invite friends and family over to celebrate. I also made a pumpkin butter pecan ice cream pie (Taste of Home) to keep with the "Thanksgiving in Summer" theme. Very simple to prepare!
