- 2 (6-ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 6 cups finely shredded cabbage
How to Make It
Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Gradually add vinegar, stirring constantly; cover, and chill at least 1 hour.
Pour dressing over cabbage; mix well. Cover, and chill at least 1 hour.
