  • 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño pepper juice
  • 1 (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips


  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Stir in salt and pepper to taste; refrigerate 5 hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
