Texas Caviar

This dip is a hands-down crowd pleaser. Serve it with your favorite multi-colored tortilla chips.

Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15-oz.) can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 1/4-oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 (16-oz.) jar salsa
  • Garnish: chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

  1. Stir together all ingredients except cilantro; pour into airtight container. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Garnish, if desired.
