Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground red pepper

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients, and store in an airtight container up to 6 months. Sprinkle on chicken, beef, potatoes, corn, and popped popcorn.
