Tex-Mex Mayonnaise

A dollop of this mayonnaise adds zesty flavor to sandwiches, raw vegetables, or even grilled burgers.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons milk
2 to 3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
