I made this in a 13x9x2 pan and it was fantastic. It was easy to put together too. I could not find the frozen pepper, onion, celery, blend so I diced up 1 cup fresh onion and peppers instead. I served the diced tomatoes and sour cream on a bed of shredded lettuce and put a handful of Jalapeno tortilla chips on the side. It was a huge hit! The entire family loved it! Left overs were devoured the very next day! Will make again!!

This was awsome! We dished it up on shredded lettuce and topped it with sour cream and tomatos...super yummy...I personally thought it was too spicy...but I think EVERYTHING is spicy...lol...so next time I will probably only use half the chili pepper...because there will DEFINATLY be a next time. It was quick and easy to put together, and taste wonderful! This was a huge hit in our house tonight!

I make this all the time, I first made it in 2007 when my son brought a bunch of kids home with him from college. This was gone quickly. I have been sending little lasagnas back to school with both my son and daughter. It freezes really well, I usually double the batch and add more bean and use both black and kidney beans.
