Pack a lunch of turkey pitas, Greek Coleslaw, and fat-free onion-flavored potato chips.
4 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
1 (8-inch) whole wheat pita round, halved
2 tablespoons commercial oil-free Italian dressing
2 (3/4-ounce) slices nonfat process Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
How to Make It
Place half of turkey in each pita half; spoon dressing evenly over turkey. Place 1 cheese slice in each pita half. Wrap pitas in foil, and bake at 400° for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle pitas evenly with tomato, and top with alfalfa sprouts.
