Very good, made with 90/10 ground beef. Used bottled ginger & garlic so it was a superfast prep. We needed one veggie burger, too, so reserved a bit of the teriyaki sauce before mixing with the meat & used it to season a portobello cap. Juicy burgers, served with first corn of the season.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground round
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
- Prepare grill.
- Place patties on grill rack; grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
