We love these! Discovered this recipe last summer and made them several times. Definitely need to double the recipe though because they go fast!

The first time I tried a Mojito, I was hooked, but when I found this recipe and tried it, I loved it. The fresh simple syrup is the key. It is good, whether you use tequila or rum. I have shared this recipe with numerous people over the last couple of years. I quadruple the recipe.

I quadrulpled this recipe for a party with 15 women and only had a little bit left (many guests drank wine instead). I used rum instead of tequila. I followed the recipe for the first batch but we found it a bit sweet, so replaced the Sprite with San Pelegrino in the second batch -- liked it much better. The syrup is really minty which is nice. There is very little alcohol, so people felt they could drink as much as they wanted.

Outstanding version of the classic mojito. For the tequilla lovers out there, this is SO MUCH better than the orginal rum based recipe. Creating a minty, simple syrup is the key to this cocktail. It packs more of a sweet, minty punch than the traditional method of "muddling."

I have been using this recipe for a few summers now and it is HANDS DOWN my go-to summer cockatil recipe. I now grow mint in huge quantities just for use in this recipe. My neighbors all think I'm a total rock star when I break out with a pitcher of this. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this recipe!

I really liked these but the men didn't seem to like them much. If you like mint julips you will like these. Very refreshing on a hot day or for a BBQ.

This is the best recipe for Mojitos and a must have beverage for hot summer days! A tremendous hit with everyone! I make this everyday in the summer and I have three kinds of mint in my herb garden especially for this recipe. Spearmint and/or Peppermint makes the best taste!
