- 10 ounce(s) butter
- 12 ounce(s) plain flour
- 5 ounce(s) caster sugar
- pinch(s) salt
Preparation
- mix flour, salt/then mix butter ,caster sugar together,then mix all together into dough ball roll out to 1/4 inch thickness use round cutter cut out rounds pick with a fork place on greased tray and cook at 165c untill golden and crisp add sprinkle of caster sugar over cookies when first come out of the oven. enjoyx
