- 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (16-ounce) package light brown sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shells
- Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
How to Make It
Combine butter and sugar, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour filling into pastry shells. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
