  • 1 quart water
  • 4 small tea bags
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar mint apple jelly
  • Grated rind of 1 orange
  • Juice of 4 oranges
  • Grated rind of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 2 cups grape juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice


  1. Bring water to a boil in a large Dutch oven. Add tea bags; remove from heat, and cover. Let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags, and add next 9 ingredients. Stir until jelly has dissolved.
  3. Stir in grape and pineapple juices; cool. Serve over crushed ice.
