Tartar Sauce

Stir a few additions into Mayonnaise for a great accompaniment to oven-fried fish or shellfish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
