Tart Celery Relish

Yield about 2 1/2 cups


  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
  • 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well, and store in a tightly covered container. Chill at least 2 hours. Drain off liquid before serving.
