Yield: Makes about 3/4 cup
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
