1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 (1 1/2-ounce) hamburger buns
How to Make It
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. Place patties on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 6 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked. Serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings.
I absolutely LOVE this burger. I've shared it with multiple friends and family members and they agree. Unique flavors, amazingly moist and well-liked by everyone, even beef lovers. I've not had much success grilling it, outside or on a grill pan. Broiling is definitely the way to go. I serve it with dijon mustard, lettuce and mayo. Tomatoes and ketchup do not pair well in my opinion.
