Tarragon Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
Chopped dill pickled
Chopped red onion
About 2 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

1. Combine mayonnaise with some chopped dill pickle, a little chopped red onion, and about 2 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
