6 (4-ounce) lamb loin chops, trimmed
3 garlic cloves, halved
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
How to Make It
Rub both sides of each lamb chop with garlic. Place chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Combine mustard, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; spoon half of mustard mixture evenly over lamb. Broil 9 minutes. Turn; spoon remaining mustard over lamb. Sprinkle with paprika; broil 9 minutes.
