My family adores this quick and light chicken recipe. Perfect for a hot Arizona summer day with a tossed salad and crusty bread. I also make a chicken salad with this recipe by adding a little mayo then serve on crackers.

Good flavors, although it would be better with fresh garlic. I would also add more fresh tarragon. I cooked it on my stovetop grill and it was delicious.

This is so good for how simple it is! The sauce can be put together quickly and takes on a great consistency on the chicken when grilled. The olive oil in it did not make our charcoal grill flare up, which is always a concern. I used a large clove of fresh garlic instead of garlic powder. Now that we've found this I'll come back to it regularly. Fast and really delicious.
