  • 1 pound trimmed green beans
  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. Add green beans to boiling water; cook 4 minutes. Drain. Stir in butter, tarragon, vinegar, celery seeds, kosher salt, and pepper.
