  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
