How to Make It

Step 1

Cook whole milk in a saucepan over medium heat 10 minutes or just until it begins to boil and candy thermometer registers 190°. (Do not bring to a full boil.) Stir in evaporated milk; remove from heat. Let stand until a candy thermometer registers 150°.

Step 2

Whisk in yogurt until smooth; cool 10 minutes. Cover and let stand 8 hours. Chill.
