Tangy Mint Sauce

Yield about 1 1/2 cups


  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup mint jelly
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup pan drippings from roast of lamb

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Serve sauce hot with roast lamb.
