  • 8 leaves of Boston or butter lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 small cucumber

How to Make It

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and kosher salt. Thinly slice 2 stalks of celery, cucumber, and 8 leaves of Boston or butter lettuce. Add to the bowl containing the vinaigrette and toss.
