Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) package finely shredded cabbage
  • 2 carrots, finely shredded
  • 4 radishes, finely shredded
  • 1/2 small sweet onion, minced
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill 1 hour.
