Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package finely shredded cabbage
2 carrots, finely shredded
4 radishes, finely shredded
1/2 small sweet onion, minced
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill 1 hour.
