Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped peeled tomato
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
