1/2 cup chopped peeled tomato
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
