- 2 cups mayonnaise*
- 1 (3.5-oz.) jar capers, drained
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
How to Make It
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
*Light mayonnaise may be substituted.
