  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Pepper to taste
  • 5 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

How to Make It

  1. Stir together mayonnaise, feta cheese, parsley, and fresh lemon juice. Stir in pepper to taste. Spoon dressing over shredded lettuce.
