Tangy Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup spicy honey mustard
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Bring all ingredients to a boil in a Dutch oven; reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes. Store sauce in refrigerator up to 1 month.
