This fruity tangerini cocktail is the pefect drink for citrus lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tangerine, tangelo, or blood orange juice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons dry or sweet vermouth
  • sparkling water
  • 1 2-inch lemon peel

Preparation

Put 3 or 4 ice cubes in an 8-ounce glass. Pour in 1/2 cup tangerine, tangelo, or blood orange juice and 2 to 3 tablespoons dry or sweet vermouth; fill with sparkling water. Add a 2-inch lemon peel twist, and stir.
