1. Combine 3/4 cup water and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Add tea bags, and steep 10 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.
2. While tea steeps, squeeze juice from tangerines to measure 1 cup. Stir juice into tea.
3. Fill 2 glasses with ice.
4. Stir ginger ale into tea mixture. Pour over ice.
