  • 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth or water
  • 1/2 cup fresh tangerine juice
  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • Finely shredded zest from 1 tangerine
  • 1/4 cup dried currants
  • Minced chives
  • Salt

How to Make It
