- 1 cup(s) tahini
- 1 cup(s) water
- 3 clove(s) garlic, minced
- salt, to taste
- juice of 2 medium lemons
- 1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
- In a food processor, mix tahini with water to soften the paste. Add garlic and salt, and drizzle in lemon juice and olive oil a little at a time, beating vigorously, until a thick creamy spread forms. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with parsley or paprika and an olive.
