Ingredients
- * 2-3 lbs ground chuck
- * 1 med onion
- * 1 can shoepeg corn (drained)
- * 1 pkg dried Ranch dressing
- * 1 pkg taco seasoning
- * 1 can Rotel
- * 1 can light kidney beans (drained)
- * 1 can pinto beans (drained)
- * 1 lg can tomato sauce
Preparation
- Brown beef and onion, then drain.
- Add beans, seasonings, corn, and tomato sauce.
- Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and cheese
