This is an easy and very flavorful recipe. I used 50/50 ground beef/Italian sausage. This has quite a kick so I added a dollop of light sour cream to my bowl. I found another identical recipe that added 1 cup of chopped onion and that sounds like a good addition. Also, I can see subbing shredded cooked chicken for the ground beef.
